Ans." The rivers hosed "mean that the rivers are now overflowing with excess of water during rainy season.

Q. 4 Which stanza do you like most?
Ans. The field are drenched, the land is soaked.

Ans. Monsoon has come after a long scorching summer season. Everyone feels happy. The peacocks have started dancing to see dark clouds in the sky. All of a sudden it begins to rain with thunder and lightning. Rain drops are falling on the earth. The fields which had gone dried during summer season, are now full of water. Greenery spreads on the earth. The earth looks beautiful.
